Extremely cool to make your own workouts + the way it shows how to do the workout. Best app

Some people find this app to be difficult to use because it's very detailed . It's a little involved, technically, but with a little practice you'll figure it out. You can tailor exercises to specific muscles within a body part. Those who say you can't just haven't figured it out yet. Don't buy if u don't want to put in a little time but if u want an app that does a lot then u may need to spend sometime figuring out all it's functions.

Absolutely genius use of mobile, granted there are a few kinks to be worked out, but at the end of the day this really is the new standard in kinestology. That ppl are complaining is ridiculous, there is nothing remotely close to it on the market and it deserves praise for taking the whole exercise industry to another level. That said my list of additions would be: heart, blood pressure monitor, maybe some yoga stretches or in app add ons for specific sports training regiments that could be customized to age, body weight, goals ect..possibly a reminder alam.

Needs polishing...
This app is ok, but frustrating sometimes... I wish when you do a work out it didn't lock itself. Sometimes I do more/less reps than what I set it to, but I can't change it on the spot. In order to fix it I have to delete the workout, add it again and set the correct reps.... Also, there are way too many pins too close together! Like on the chest for example, why not just have 3 and once selected choose where you want the left/right sides or both... Just make it easier to use is all I ask... The main thing is the work out lock, I'm used to using iFitness and they let you change anything on the spot... Please make it like that so I can make this app my main workout app...
