Good but...
Useful but horrible UI. Not user friendly at all. Impossible to get out from some sections.

Love It But...
I realy like this app and has lots of great excersises, the only thing I don't like is that it takes to long to track and save your workout. But one you have created your rutine its great to keep up.

Great App!
I don't download a lot of apps, but this one is pretty cool. The thing I like most about it is that it has a 3D moving image of how the exercise is supposed to be performed. That is so helpful! The variety of exercises for each muscle group is outstanding! So much to choose from! GREAT APP!

Mostly good....
Great information and intent.... But using is on my iPhone is kind of a pain. Every time there's a text message or other alert, you get kicked out of the workout. Then, going back to the workout, it wants to restart the whole thing. This means that if you're tracking your progress, you have to reenter every rep! Seems like with all the other apps able to pause progress on exiting the app and reentering, this one could....

Not even usable.
I bought this, and was impressed until I actually tried to use it. I spent an hour setting up two workouts instead of actually working out, yesterday. Today, I realized the workout flows in a sequence (I actually do three workouts each day instead of three sets per workout) so I wanted to change it. Found out that you can't edit a workout's number of sets, or reps. So, today, I deleted my two workouts and rebuilt them--thereby missing my workout this morning. I just tried to catch my afternoon workout and realized that all my workouts I set up today went under one workout, not among both. I don't know what happened but there's no way to change it unless I delete them both and start over. So now, two days missed. In the time I messed with it I also noticed you can't listen to your music with this app running, either. And what's a workout without good jams?! I give two stars, to be nice. Because it has potential. Unfortunately though, this app isn't ready for use yet.
