Fully-featured, effective, gorgeous
Beautifully realized application. Combines accurate 3D anatomical illustrations with detailed, clear information and exercise instructions. Very useful having both the primary and secondary muscles worked by each exercise specified. The videos are very smooth and give an excellent view of complete range of motion. I find the amount of info and number of features in this application astounding. It takes just a little patience to learn the interface, but it is so worth it! The only problem I've experienced is that it doesn't always seem possible to scroll all the way over to the very last video for an exercise. There are usually one or two that I can see if I hold the strip, but when I let go to tap them, they spring back into hiding again. Trying to hold and tap hasn't worked. Not a huge problem, as there are so many videos to choose from, but potentially frustrating. Kudos to the developers for this product, so well organized and attractive. It is making a positive difference in my exercise program! :-)

Used with iPhone 4
Great app! Very professionally created. One of my top 3 apps.

It looks good...
This seems like a pretty good app. The only thing that seems a little weird is that I can't seem to turn off the 'hints'. It is really annoying to have to close them every time one of my workouts opens. Other than that I like it!

Excellent app
Amazing level of detail in anatomy and exercise instruction (written and animation). For those who complain about unintentionally zooming into a muscle group, use the button in the upper right corner to go back to the previous muscle grouping.

Needs updating
This app seems like it is more for the iPad. On the iPod touch, it chops off words, you cannot scroll through all of the exercises, and the controls do not work correctly
