Can u email your workouts?
If you cant, makes this app quite worthless for a professional Needs to be able to track volume and intensity App keeps freezing If you can make it real life applicable to training a client I'd pay alot more for it Right now?....I want my money back

Could be better
It's missing a few muscles. For example the long and short head of the biceps Rhomboid major and minor, erector spinae, and variations in grip. Also I would like to see a cumulative muscle evaluation that highlights all the muscles used in that workout!

Seriously impressive
After only a few minutes I'm sold. I have a few fitness apps and most leave something to desire but this is spot on. If your into fitness, most things you'll already know but this helps in bringing it all together. Eta the app crashes some

Amazing app! Best 3d muscle app PERIOD!
This app is hands down amazing! It has every major muscle in 3D with multiple workouts focusing on that specific muscle. Either as the primary muscle used or secondary. It also includes animations and captions with detailed descriptions on how to correct perform the exercise. It also lists stretches. Then you can create your own workout and track your progress with the app. It syncs well with my IPad version! I prefer creating my workouts on the iPad version because the screen is larger. Then sync it to my phone and use that in the gym. Great app and well worth the money!! It's a MUST BUY for anyone that goes to the gym. Unless your a chest and biceps only kind of guy, then your just hopeless... Lol
