BEST APP for my iphone. Just great, full gama of exercises, well explained, stretching, primary and secondary exercises for each muscle, animations to explain how to do each exercise. Just the BEST app.

Crashes on iOS 7.0.2
The latest version crashes on an iPhone 4s running iOS 7.0.2 each time I go to Progress & Stats > Body Tracker. Generally, this update is very crash-prone. Had to revert to the previous version.

Should be zero stars!!!!
The latest update didn't work. Now I have a blank icon stuck in my screen that won't open OR even delete!

Very cool!
Now that I've figured out how to build a workout using my Mac version and then sending it to my phone app, this is PERFECT! I like the many options to work a particular muscle and being able to choose the muscle on the skinless dude is brilliant. Definitely worth whatever I paid for this.

NOT amazing!!!
There are so many good reviews so I paid for this app. Don't. At first glance I saw many new muscles I was unfamiliar with and I was excited to try some new exercises for them. Then I looked at some basic exercises I was already familiar with. It doesn't list any muscles in the shoulders as primary or secondary for a Clean and Jerk. It also doesn't list any muscles in the low back as being used in Hyperextensions. I haven't looked any further than that (the first 2 I've looked into) because I've seen enough misinformation and can no longer trust anything else in the app. My guess is that the makers of this app have a decent understanding of anatomy and physiology from a medical standpoint and almost no understanding when it comes to bodybuilding. The positive reviews must either be from complete amateurs or people then didn't look beyond the thin surface of the app. The idea behind this app is fantastic, but since it is teaching beginners inaccurate information it doesn't deserve more than one star. Please save your money and buy a book from one of the greats like Arnold.
