Works on Exchange 2010 and 5.1.1
Free version works on my Exchange 2010 account. Syncs notes both ways. Worth the $6.99 upgrade price to me just for this. But, I'm still using iOs 5.1.1 so ymmv. I'm not using the tasks feature since iPhone built in reminders handles that, and this app doesn't seem to see my tasks I have inside any category other than the standard "Tasks" category. If you don't use categories, this app works fine for those tasks.

Thinking of purchasing, but....
Worried about the reviews that developer has abandoned the app. It's not like this is a $0.99 app! Dear developer, show us you're still out there supporting the app and maybe you'll get more business?!

Works perfectly - Love it
App works as advertised. Great for GTD as all Categories were pulled from Outlook automatically and can sort by Category. Love that they have the free trial to ensure that all works well before purchasing the continual sync option, which I have done.

Works well
This works better than some more expensive apps--syncs quickly & well. Hope developer does not abandon it. More colorful too!

Needs to be updated
I have been using this app for quite some time now. It synchronizes nicely with Outlook. I am using Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. However, the last update to this app was 1.5 years ago. The updates to iOS have created issues with this app. Most notably, the notes in the task lose line breaks until you edit the task notes. It is a much needed app, but it seems the developer has stopped supporting it.
