I manage tasks within Outlook, my iPhone and iPad on a daily basis. At any given time I will have 100+ tasks to manage. I used the first version of the product which was basically view only tasks. I was excited about IM2 initially. Here is the issue: every 1-2 days the plus button and the save button disappear preventing me from adding a new task or modifying an existing task and saving it. Basically, I'm back to IM1 view only. The only solution to dates is to delete the app. Go to the app store and re-install the app adding my Exchange information again and again. I have never used an app from the app exchange that has been so buggy. Good luck!

Oh so close
Great concept, and I was so pleased that it is supposed to work in Entourage as well. The key word here is "supposed to," or maybe more accurately, "sometimes." The synching between iPhone and iPad works great, but the synching with Entourage on the Mac works sporadically, & I've been completely unable to decipher or re-create the conditions under which it works, or doesn't. Updating tasks in two different places kind of defeats the purpose of the app, and if you update a recurring task anyway, and THEN the two devices decide to synch that day -- it creates all kinds of havoc. I'm desperate for this app to work as designed, but at the moment, it's right at the cusp of being more work than it's worth.

It Works Fine but we shouldnt need the darn thing.
I'm a tech. But, Still, If you cant get it to work it might just be you. Works on 3 devices with different accounts and doesnt crash or hang or blah. Wish appl would simply integrate the notes feature into email like they know they should and stop playing around by leaving out obvious stuff so they can sell it to you as a feature enhancement later. Apple built their reputation on claiming to, and encouraging you to think and think different and you want to tell me they either "forgot" or decided we didnt need to sync notes. Please be serious if you want to have your devices used by serious people. Should'nt have to buy, get, beg or borrow an extra app to sync random pieces of your mailbox.

So I purchased this app and now have to pay for an update after using it for two months. Don't buy this app unless your willing to pay for upgrades. It works.

I set up the app with no problems and tested it for a week. I then tried to purchase upgrade to continual sync and I keep getting a message that I am not authorized to purchase from the app store. I have sent two emails to the developer and they don't respond

Great app! Terrible customer service!
So the upgrades we've been promised since day 1 are finally released in the form of a new paid app! What a rip off for the same app with added functionality! Back to Toodledoo with the outlook add-in!
