I was VERY excited when I found this...but then I discovered that there is no backward slash - which I need to access my server!!!! Why would you leave this character out of the symbol set? Space? Read: "Lost customer."

Seems to work well, but...
Syncing fine with iPad and iPhone, BUT only works with Tasks, not To-Do lists! So all emails marked as a To-Do do NOT show up in this app. If they fix this I would give it 6 stars!!!

This is a life savor... Love it!!!
Not sure what's up with the bad reviews. This has worked great for me bc I use Outlook religiously for work. I've been using this for a few months now an it just works. I'm a traveling sales guy and always forget to turn on my out of office response. I love that I can do it from this app. It would be nice if it would acknowledge paragraphs though. Remember you have to purchase after the trial period. Once you do that everything works again. It's worth the 9.99 that I paid. Now it's even cheaper. Try it out for free to make sure it works with your servers and you can't go wrong. Keep in mind it must sync and communicate with Microsoft. Sometimes that can be quirky and very inconsistent..... It is what it is. It's certainly worth trying if you live off of outlook for business. Great job guys.

Trial works fine, but then costs $8
I like the app fine. Its functional, but the interface is very boring and uncreative. Like the other reviewer, I feel frustrated that I would have to fork over $8 (in an in-app purchase) for something that should come as part of Apple's whole "sync with Exchange" solution. I wish I would at least get something cool to look at. But no. I just can't justify paying that much for this snooze fest of a UI. I'd pay maybe $4.99. Why can't Apple just make a nice PIM like Outlook that has a nice single view of calendar & tasks that all sync with Exchange? Ugh. At least you can try this for free, and that's something I appreciate of any developer's app.

Requires Outlook EWS access, but then works great
Initially this app did NOT work. I had a network guru look at the traffic and the ISA (Microsoft Internet Security & Acceleration) server was not setup to allow it. We were setup to allow ActiveySync and OWA but not EWS (Exchange Web Service). Once he configured EWS to work, iMExchange 2 worked great. We use Exchange 2010.

I like it!
This was easy to set-up on my iPhone 4. Connected fine to our Exchange server. Only thing I am having trouble with is when I edit the due date and reminder date on the iPhone, the changes don't stick. It seems to revert back to whatever it was on the server. Maybe something I am doing wrong so I will keep playing with it. Otherwise, it works as expected. I am glad to get all my tasks and pop-up reminders on my phone. I haven't used it enough to understand if I can control the pop-up reminders as far as snooze or dismiss, etc.
