Great App 10 stars
This is truly one of the best apps I've ever had. And it's also backed by a great support team. Thanks for the app and your support. My company and I are very grateful.

Love it all!
This is the best app by far that I have found to do inspections and audits with. Easy to customize, and I still cannot believe it is free. The very few times I have had an issue or question the customer service responds quickly and fix it or provide the information requested. Keep up the great work! I look forward to the desktop editor for Mac and all other great enhancements you come up with.

good app for basic audits
I downloaded this to try it out for safety audits and inspections. I like it alot. You can make your own audit forms or use one of the many templates that are in use by other employers. I have three observations or suggestions (1) Some of the more advanced features like dynamic fields and smart fields (and maybe even the simple features) aren't very intuitive and the user guide is....ummmm....not great. (2) Also, I think this App would be very good for very basic audits and inspections but it would be great if there was more opportunity for expanding or branching a line of questioning. For example, I would like to have a question like "Do employees at this location use respirators?" If the answer is no, it goes onto a different line of questioning, but if it says yes, I can expand to questions like "Is there a written respiratory protection program", or "Are employees trained on respiratory protection". After a few days of playing with this app, it doesn't seem like that's possible unless I'm missing something. (3) It would also be great if responses from specific audits were compiled into a searchable database, so I can see trends that exist across all locations. For example, "lack of hearing protection was cited in 45% of audits". Overall, I won't be able to use this app, but I think others will find great value in it, for very basic inspections. UPDATE: Since writing this review yesterday, I have communicated witht he developer by email, and discovered that my #2 concern above is not correct. The app does have this functionality, albeit, it's a little hard to figure out at first, and as I stated before, the user guide badly needs a re-write. Therefore, I've changed my rating from 4 stars to 5.

How do I create my own template?
I've played around with this app, haven't used it in the field yet. There are a lot of good templates out there but I still can't figure out how to make my own template. Looked under the help section couldn't find any answers. I'm running it on my iPhone 4S. Advice?
