Information access
The explosion in medical information must be met with good access to quality medical information. This means of access must prove to be of appropriate ease and quality to be valuable. I am impressed that Healthtap provides good access - so far, so good.

"Find" feature is useless
I just gave this app a try. I first tried searching for a doctor under "Doctors". It seems that's just your doctors. If you want to search for a new one, you need to go to Find Doctors. Once there I tried searching for ADHD near my current location (NYC). It returned all sorts of doctors across the country. I then tried typing in NY, NY instead of using the current location feature. That told me nothing can be found. I guess there aren't any doctors in NYC that specialize in ADHD. I then changed my search to Child Psychology. This was a little better. It gave me some child psychologist, along with pediatricians, and other child doctors. There was no way to filter or sort the results. This search is completely useless. I'm uninstalling now. Maybe I'll try again in a year or two.

Reaching everyone with Free Doctor's Advice!
This is by far the most useful medical app as it bridges the need for access while providing education and personalized medicine all HIPAA compliant and free! I think the global implications of this app are underestimated. As mentioned in literature, this app will change everything about healthcare!
