Excellent resource
This is a great first stop for folks who can't always afford to go to a doctor each and every time something comes up. It by no means substitutes, but it is a great place to begin your search. Naturally, in emergency situations, you can't rely 100% on this. Seek medical assistance. But for chronic ailments, this is an excellent tool with which you may gather good information. Very impressive. And timely!

Easy to use
Intuitive UI and strong feature set make the app easy to navigate and ensures that the app facilitates communication rather than getting in the way. The concept is great, although I wish more of my actual real-life doctors used the system. I've only asked a question once and was pretty disappointed with the vague answer, actually -- which amounted to "you should consult with your doctor." Not so helpful. I understand that vagueness will sometimes be required but I've seen lots of questions posed, mine included, where that just wasn't the case and falling back to a contentless answer seemed more Iike a cop-out than anything else. Would have been simple to give a somewhat specific answer that discussed the subject overall and THEN told you to consult with your doctor. But at any rate, I have also seen some really good and helpful doctor answers to other members. So I guess it just depends a bit on the luck of the draw.
