Could be great, but crashes
Constantly. Every minute or so. Absolutely maddening when you're trying to shop with the app.

Almost perfect but....
This app has amazing potential and I would have given it five stars, if it didn't crash every two minutes. Another major annoyance is after clicking to view a product it takes almost a minute to load the next screen. And when youve waited a couple days for a paticular brand to start the sale it can be super frustrating. Ive lost so many items i wanted to purchase because of this "glich". By the time i get to the next item its sold out. I use this app on my ipad so instead of waiting for the app to reload i just press the home button and go back to the main screen and reclick on my haute app. This usually does the trick but it really is annoying. Now i use this app to browse and purchase when im not fighting to get and item beore it sells out. The home page orks better for that. ....fix these minor details and it would be perfect.....now if only haute would change the 15 min holding time to 30 (at least) its not enough time to deal with crashing computers and purchase he item, especially if you change payment methods and have to type in a new credit card number (prepaid cards are awesome for these sites) every time. I look forward to using this site in a few months when all the new app issues have been worked out.

Love the app, not the service
I want to start off by saying that I really love this app. I love browsing through the products and think that the descriptions are very helpful and the selection is great. It's super user friendly. I made my first purchase from HauteLook on November 7th. I ordered a beautiful Akribos watch that I had been watching for for months, so I was super excited when they went on sale again. I was very disappointed when my order didn't ship until November 18th. I did not receive my watch until December 5th. I blame this both on HauteLook and on Canada Post (as CP has been super slow lately) but I think that the time it took for my item to ship is totally unreasonable. That being said, my order was packaged beautifully and the watch is in working order. If the ship time for my next purchase is quicker, I will rate this app 5 stars.

Better descriptions
Love the website, like the app. The descriptions are often not available or not as detailed as the website. If I see something I like I have to go to my computer to read about the specifics.

I love it but...
my order status never updates. I would get emails saying that order is shipped but when I use the app to check the status it would still say "order placed with partner" instead of "shipped" with the tracking number like when I check with the computer. I would rate it 5 stars if that problem gets fixed!

Needs lots of improvements
Great app and convenient, but needs way too many improvements. It doesn't update the on hold/sold out/available as fast as the original website and the most annoying thing is once an item expires, there is no "add to cart again" button which makes shopping very difficult.

iPod app not as good as desktop according to haute rep
Tried to buy an item - could not select colour - called customer help and they said that it was because I was using iPod app - all other items were available -but she said that I could but it I'd I had 'a desktop'. No other option presented.

Great app, but not the full site
No getaways? That's why I downloaded the app. I'll keep it anyways because the rest of the app is great.

Horrible experience
I have bought a watch and a pair of sunglasses from this website about a month ago I have yet to receive the watch as it just left there factory yesterday after calling 3 times. Then the sunglasses came after having to call them about the tracking not being updated for 6 days so at this point it was apparently on the way for 7 days they told me to contact Canada post who in turn let me know the website would need to contact them. When the sunglasses arrived they were broken cause they were shipped in a shipping bag not box and I was told that I would not be able to get a new pair. So rating the experience was horrible. I will never order again. I had horrible customer service horrible shipping times and horrible broken products.
