Needs A LOT of work!
Oh man, where do I begin? First off if your mobile site already works in your phones browser, then your app needs to provide not only a cleaner interface but also the same functionality, from what I have seen in other reviews, it won't allow you to do bill pay, and does not show CURRENT BALANCE. One would think these would be key features before releasing into the wild. 2nd problem is, "why do I have to make a 2nd account just for the iPhone app?" Shouldn't I be able to log in with my same log in and password I use to log into the site with, or do I really have to create another login/pass combo? 3rd thing is I can't even create an account to use the app, I key in everything from my records when I signed up for the online account, but keep getting an error that I "cannot be located". I have a feeling it's due to me being one of the TierOne members effected by the buy out, they informed my my account number would work with everything I need with Great Western, and it does for the online site, but the app does not seem to be on the same page. Yet another over site that didn't seem to come out in QA'ing the app. Great Western should see this app as an EMBARRASSMENT!!!

GWB App
Appears to be a very nice app but I have been unable to get the Bill pay feature to work...I have been on the phone with the bank and still not working. Anyone else having this problem?

Without real-time balance USELESS
Seeing transactions is nice. But I want to see my actual real-time balance. This app must provide same data as the website. The reason I go through the rigmarole of logging in via the web on my iPhone to view my Great Western account is to know what's CURRENTLY in my account. Don't know why app doesn't provide this, but it's useless until it does. Very disappointed after long wait for app.

Not really that great
Not worth the wait. The information you get from the app is in its simplest form. I often close the app and go to the regular site so I know exactly how much is in the account and where it's going. The balance displayed is not the current balance and going off of that information would cause an overdraft. Yes we all could write every thing down and keep a register but if I did that then I wouldn't need or use the app on my phone. I like the regular site better.

Nice when it works
The app works wonderful when it works. About half the time I try to use it, it gives me connection error. Please fix thanks
