THIS APPP!!!!
This is a so so app as you may have read. My biggest issue is it does not update fast enough. I have waited longer than two days before seeing my transactions. You can't do pre-order like in store where you throw down a $5 and pick it up when it gets in. You have to pay the full price to pre-order. I know there is a lot of negative talk about Nintendo but hey they are not dead yet and neither are their customers. So I would like to see advertisements in regards to that system and not other systems im not yet interested in. I mean they track this stuff right? This app is sluggish too. Finally for the Pro-Rewards card it is complete junk when you are sold on supposed exclusive coupons to buy in to the membership then see a week later the same coupon special given to all who walk through the door. What a rip off and the Pro Card was the while reason why I even wanted the app so its relevant to mention. Game Stop if you want me and others who read this and agree to purchase membership again please give us the exclusiveness your sales reps promise! Thanks

It's works well and is quick but should add trade in prices and also make a version for iPad

My bad
I said before that this app doesn't let u see reservations but I now realize I had the wrong email address linked to my card. However what is the point of showing the reservation if it doesn't show a paid in full or amount due? You can't just assume everyone drops the whole $60+ at one time. Unless I'm making another mistake, you should fix that also like others have said it seems glitchy asking for Internet connection when it is already present and I would like more ease of use and speedier access interface to certain features. Good app all said and done but only 3 stars because it could be better given the amount of $ people are willing to spend at your store

As an employee....
I feel this app needs some updates, and soon. Especially with the next gen consoles coming out by this holiday season. I have 5 reservations and this app says I only have 2. I feel like its just thrown together, sloppy.
