Worthless
I couldn't even sign on. No one at Medco could help. The application has a lot to be desired. I'd give it a zero if I could.

Medco App
Terrible app., performs no use service. The developer missed the mark on this app and should go back to the drawing board.

Worthless
Turns out your "provider" has to first pay off Medco for you to even use the app. Evidently my "provider" wasn't dumb enough to give them any money so I am "not eligible" to use the app. See ya Medco. My local Walgreens does 90 day prescriptions now, and their app works great too. That's where I'll be taking my business from now on.

Useless app
The good news is that the app doesn't crash. The bad news is that the app has no useful features. You want to refill a claim? Doesn't do that. You want to find an in network pharmacy nearby? Doesn't do that either. Walgreens app, CVS app, express scripts app all can do this but not Medco. I don't need a stupid app to show a picture of my insurance card. The development team should be fired for launching such a useless app

Does not work with United Healthcare
Since I cannot log in due to United Healthcare not allowing outside access I have no idea how this app works. It is advertised heavily on the uhc website so one would think it is available for use. It isn't. It may work fine with other insurance plans.
