Stupid, worthless!
Can't access app, keep getting error message that I need to contact customer service...what?? And just found out that you can't even order refills with this app, whats the point? Don't waste your time!

Can't Even Access It
When I saw that Medco had an iPhone app I got all excited and downloaded it right away. However, upon logging in I got a message stating "Our records indicate that you are not eligible for this application at this time." I have contacted customer support on two occasions regarding this and have yet to get a reply. I guess I will stick with using the web site for my needs. Looking at all the other reviews, those that were able to log in say the app isn't worth it anyway. Hopefully Medco will update the app soon and make it worthy of using.

No Refills?????
I agree, this app is useless without the ability to order refills. You might as well log in to the website.

For Verizon only
Only works if you are with Verizon Wireless. Go figure.

Needs major overhaul
The programmers of this app had an excellent concept, but terrible execution. Loaded with bugs. Needs to go back to the drawing board. Constantly freezes or crashes. Gives false alarms for when meds are running low. When setting the number of days of meds you have left, you can only set up to 99 days. I have some inventory much higher than 99 days. I had to enter another entry for the sane med in order to get my total inventory in the app. However, this "work-around" just causes other problems. Would be good if I didn't have to enter my password every time I access the app too. I have a master password on my phone so I don't worry about someone gaining access to the Medco data. Would also be good if I could renew prescriptions with the app too. Hopefully the programmers can come out with a major overhaul and I can give it 5 stars.
