Used to be ok, now it stinks. Useless rip-off.
It sure would be nice if they'd leave well enough alone. Once you pay up, so you can sync with your recipe box online, features start to die, just like development on this app does. Try this, folks: use the recipe box tab, sort any way you'd like with the tabs on the right, and scroll down a bit and choose any recipe with a photo. View it. Use the back button. Notice anything? That's right, the recipe you've just viewed is now devoid of title (try finding it, ever again), and the photo is gone. Most noticeable when you sort your recipe box alphabetically, since every recipe you view is moved to the top of the list regardless of title - since the titles are now history. Without the ability to find recipes you've marked as a favorite, or even had the temerity to view/read at any point in time, makes this app useless, and a rip-off. It would be neither if there were actually a facility for support and some resources devoted to bug fixes; you know, the kind of resources you pay with revenue from the money you charge people who pay for the app or from ad revenue you receive from the free version, if there is one anymore.

What recipes??
Every time I've come on to search for a recipe I type it in the search bar and nothing comes up. I've kept this app thinking there's a bug that needs fixing but it's been ongoing for months. I truly dislike this app, it's a waste of space on your phone.

Used to work well
Used to work well until I paid the money for an upgrade to sync it with the website. Now it freezes, loses recipes I've added to my recipe box and erases recipes from my shopping list, which is all the more frustrating because of how much I liked it and used it before I upgraded it.

Dreams Broken!!! Do Not Buy the Synching!!!
I had all my favorite recipes saved on my recipe book on my iPad and wanted to also have them on my iPhone and decided to buy the Synch add on to the app. Was looking forward to have them synched in both, but when I synched it deleted all my favorites and instead put 4 random recipes on my recipe book!!! It's a nightmare!! I had 25 recipes saved!!!! The recipes are good, but don't buy the Synching thing!!!!

I would really like my $2 back
The option to upgrade clearly stated that it would "sync" the app with the recipe box online--a set of recipes I have spent a long time cultivating. The app purchase/upgrade did nothing of the sort. The app indicates that it has synced but there are NO recipes in the app and tens of them on my web account. How is that syncing? Moreover, as a rule, when I pay for an app, I expect not to be looking at advertising. Why am I not surprised to find that this is a Condé Nast production. Condé Nast: your products are rude and useless. You are never getting another dime from me.
