Great tribute to a classic
This is an iOS version of the Roland Juno 106. One of the best old affordable analog synths that made great sounds. I have owned several over the years and now I get to carry it with me wherever I go. This app is great, it works well with the Akai KeyStation 25 and other external controllers and it sounds great too. Easy to use even if you are new to analog synthesis.

An Arsenal Essential
I have over 65 audio apps I use with Audiobus in my sound experiments and music compositions. The sound of this synth and its approach to sound generation is both classic and unique. I used to have a Juno-6 in my studio and, though not exactly the same, EpicSynth is so much like a Juno it had to be part of my collection. I often turn to it first when I create custom analog patches. EpicSynth is simple to program and the variety of sonic possibility are stunning. Pull up your sleeves and dive in. You'll be happy and pleasantly surprised with the results of making your own sounds. I highly recommend using Audiobus and running EchoPad in the effect slot for an amazing audio revelation! VirSyn's AudioReverb also takes EpicSynth to a new level. I mean, it is really unbelievable how good this thing sounds...coming from an iPhone 5! My only gripe is that the octave controls should be more quickly accessible while playing.

Useless because of stuck notes bug
Sounds decent but it continues to be useless because of a persistent problem with stuck notes. Please fix it!!!! Also the arpeggiator hold feature is always on in this version, and there is no volume control, no MIDI automation support, and no audio copy/paste. Basically buggy and incomplete, and a poor value compared to Magellan, Cassini, Sunrizerxs, Nlog, etc..

Really Awesome!!!
This is a great synth. It's more like a Roland synth than any other synth app that I've tried. That's good because I'm a huge fan of the Junos 6, 60, 106, Alpha, and also the JX-3P. Other reviewers have said Epicsynth sounds like their JX-8P and I can't argue with that. There aren't any Roland synth apps that I'm aware of. That's sad. There should be. Epicsynth fills that void for now. Even the layout, colors, memory storage, etc. reminds me of the Juno 106. It's simple and it sounds good. For me, this synth is up there with iMini, iMS-20, and iPolysix for the best iOS synths.

Great Synth
Love your synth, easy to use, to program, and also sounds like my late Roland JX-8P. Thank you for your work, and making it Audiobus compatible. Will you be doing more great work here?
