Great concept bad exection
Thought this was a great idea. I went to take a picture of a bottle of wine and the app crashed every single time. Redo. Don't waste you're time downloading until they fix the problem.

Barely works. No wine
I wish I could rate this app as great as others! It barely recognizes wine labels I am interested in. One it did recognize, a French wine, I opted to purchase. Drync took my money the next day and then nothing. No wine delivered, no updates or notifications of the shipping process. Yikes. It was such a great idea. Oh well.

Hope it will be better soon
First off, I think the photo recognition is quite good. It pulls up almost any bottle of wine I have tried. Unfortunately, there are very few reviews unless it is a big name wine. I know that given time this will change and that fact will make this a far more helpful app in the future than it is today. Also, there is a real problem with the app's selling application if you live in certain states. True, some states prohibit Internet sales of wine. However, it has been legal for some time in my state (Tennessee) and they still won't sell to me. That just tees me off, and ignoring mid sized states with millions of potential customers is not a good business model. Once alienated it is unluckily prospective customers will give you a second chance. Find out the laws in each state (and country) and ship wherever you can. Finally, why not have a wine expert recommend pairings and include some of the major ratings (wine enthusiast or Wine Spectator... Etc.) that would make this app much more helpful even if it needs some time to mature. Bottom line. This app has potential, but is a little immature right now. It needs more reviews, rankings, and a broader selling appeal. If it upgrades fast, it could take a lead position in a competitive market. Otherwise, there are other options out there.

Crashes constantly
Whenever I tried to scan a label, the app crashed. I've deleted it.

Liked the old app better. Way better.
I paid for the old Drync app. I WOULD NOT pay for the new one. They went from a great cellar app to what seems like only caring about selling wine. It also is not very intuitive - the new UI seems to not been tested by real living humans.
