It's been hit or miss with this. I've had great experiences and it's worked as it should, but I've also lost mulit page documents due to crashes, and with the new update, I can't load/sync anything to gDocs. For a company that's made this product for so long, it should be the best on the market, but it's overall unreliable, so it's not worth using. This another review from the April 2013 update. Still terrible. Cannot access my cloud documents at all; app crashes everytime. Tried reinstalling....no difference.

Works but is painful to configure
The app is good about showing / allowing me to work with Excel speadsheets and Word docs, but is painful to select the ones I want to sync. You must navigate the path to each subdirectory and select the files to sync. When you want to select files in a different subdirectory, you need to follow the path all over again, from the highest level to the specific directory. If you have files organized into a number of subdirectories, this is very, VERY time consuming. What is worse, is if Documents to Go experiences a "bump in the road", you need to go through the process all over again. They need to allow you to select subdirectories without having to follow the path from one end to the other. Support is not "nonexistent" but generally takes 7 to 10 days ro respond. If you need this for business, find a different app.

Dropbox issue
Not sure what has changed but I can no longer save files to dropbox. When I try, I end up in an infinite loop with the application trying to log into dropbox, telling me log in was successfully, and asking me to verify my dropbox account. I have lost two documents to this already. No way to stop it other than reinstall the app. I have used this app for two years and while not as full functioned as a desktop version, I never thought it would be. It worked well until now.

Awesome
The latest upgrade works great. Actually this is the best word app out there. If anyone is experiencing any glitches, I would suggest you delete the app and reinstall the newer version. Instead of just upgrading. I use this daily for my business and love it..!

Lousy function support
Soooo, for $17 you can use spreadsheets so long as they don't do anything remotely fancy. That's horrible. Does not support IF / SUMIFS / /COUNTIFS...etc. that is entirely frustrating. If you're an extremely basic excel user who uses basic "sum/multiply" functions then this is built well. If you're a businessman or someone who needs to use more than just baby-steps excel functions, save your money.
