The program constantly crashes and customer service is non existent. Major syncing problems with SugarSync.

Crashes
I used to rely on this app for writing simple word documents. Now, it keeps crashing every time I open a file. I just wanted to view a file; what gives?

Retains Original Word Formatting
This app's "Intact" technology allows you to retain formatting of Word documents created on a desktop computer. Very cool. Fast. Stable. Allows me to access documents on-the-go. Our company is setup using Box and I have no problems with sync.

Unstable
App is decent editing and working with local files. But consistently crashes when trying to sync with google docs. Wrote to support and haven't heard anything.

No longer trusted.
Pretty simple workbook created on PC with multiple sheets. First sheet has internal hyperlinks to other sheets. DocsToGo does not support. More gravely, a simple formula referencing between sheets was not brought over into docs to go correctly, resulting in a math error and a wrong result. This is a case of a tool that shows me the slightest inconsistency, that I would otherwise never expect....done. No longer trusted. No renewal.
