Customer support is terrible.
I own Documents to Go Premium and use it for my business. After I upgraded to OSX 10.9 (Mavericks) Documents To Go stopped syncing correctly. I tried to call Dataviz, but they offer absolutely no telephone support (which is completely unacceptable), and found that I had to send a technical support e-mail. After several days of no response, I sent another e-mail to no avail. About a week and a half later, a rep called to tell me that Dataviz had not yet tested Documents to Go with Mavericks. This was three weeks AFTER Mavericks had been released. As soon as I find an alternative product, I am dumping Dataviz. Their lack of customer service and basic forethought is unacceptable. I want to do business with someone that supports their product and actually cares about their user base.

No file management capabilities
After all of these years, one would think that Documents to Go would have the ability to organize and manage your documents on the device with folders. I usually out in the field without connectivity and would like to keep my documents organized on my iPad. And when I am on wifi, how about being able to air print???

Sync hangup large file, then crash
A large file will almost sync but then breaks connection. There is no way to stop the app from trying to sync repeatedly and trying to delete the file crashes the app. THE ONLY REMEDY IS TO UNINSTALL THEN REINSTALL, WHICH THEN REQUIRES A COMPLETE RESYNC BEING REQUIRED!!!!! This has happened several times and is unacceptable. And online support is hopeless!!

Unreliable - sync fails & only solution is to delete & re download
About every third time I use this annoying app I get a message like - sync failed ensure you have a valid internet connection. Every time I get this message I have a vg internet connection but docs to go doesn't care. Please fix this. I am syncing thru the excellent SugsrSync. Thanks.
