Can't edit email attachments
I need a document editor to edit documents that are emailed to me. I was hoping that this would be the app for the job. It's not. When the ability to edit email attached documents and the ability to return edited documents via email is added, this app will be essential. Until then, it seems a bit pointless.

Not too shabby
I was happy to discover this app. It is easy to use and fairly intuitive. What I would like to see in this app is the ability to get email attachments without having to use Microsoft sever. There are other app that are able to load, save, and print documents so hopefully this is on the way D2G soon (hint, hint) 

Great first release!
I love the easy sync! In that regard I found Files to be annoying but it would be nice to mount this like Files as an additional option. Creating docs is quite easy and a few quick adjustments and it should be great. I would love to see support for Pages and Numbers. All in all I am quite pleased and believe this app to be well worth the $4.99. Can't wait to see what they will upgrade. Cheers!

Missing features
I never thought I'd miss these, but I do 1) iDisk or WebDAV support 2) ability to email Back in my DTG palm days, I wouldn't have given these features a second thought, but interestingly, I really miss the convenience of not being tied to a laptop or desktop! Nice app and fantastic price point but some ways to go yet I await excel compatibility and updating some of the font features. As has been mentioned, integrating OS3.0 interapplication cut and paste will be a necessity for future releases. I look forward to making this suite standalone on the iPhone/iPod touch. Dr Ashley Ng

Why No Email Option
This app is only just ok. Sure it let's you edit and create word docs etc, but why wouldn't you include an 'email doc' option? I just can't understand that. It just seems a bit pointless to have the ability to create something on such a functional unit, but the still require a PC or laptop to send it. Also, how do you edit a word doc that has been recieved in an email attachment? Aside from that, it's not bad, but if your looking for these two functions, wait for an update or look elsewhere. Developers should seriously consider adding and email option in the next update.

No foreign characters allowed
I bought this to be able to edit documents on the run synced from my MacBook. Unfortunately that won't be possible for those containing Japanese.

It's a good document viewer; needs 'zoom' though
Finally, a program that doubles as a document reader for .docx/doc files. It is also compatible with .pdf, powerpoint and excel although the Docs to Go only allows editing with Word. It also promotes that editing on the iPhone will not alter the formatting. Transfer to the program is easy via a downloadable desktop application (you receive the link via email after registering on your iPhone) and allows synchronisation of files/folders you wish to transfer to Docs to Go. Two main faults: 1. Very slow loading times to open documents 2. Lack of zoom, an inherent capability of the iPhone is extremely annoying, especially with tables or larger documents.

Finally Docs that sync with my PC Desktop
Syncs over wifi, not via 'the web' - more secure Editing Word docs works easily Used a different version of this app when I had a Palm, it works well Looking forward to the Excel update
