Almost perfect
It would basically be perfect if the UI had a little margin around the outside of the text so it would be easier to select the start of a paragraph when the iPad is in a case, and if the toolbar had a few more options exposed without having to go through multiple levels of choices. (e.g., right now, it is multiple clicks just to bold a selection.) Might also be nice if formatting features worked with keyboard shortcuts, given the likely high number of users who use it with an external keyboard. But despite all of this, make no mistake, this is a great piece of software, and instantly allowed me to get a lot more done on the go. Well worth it.

Won't Synch
Had this app on my iPhone 3GS & it worked fine. Always synched through my WIFI. I purchased an iPhone 4S, & this id the ONLY app that won't synch. I contacted the developer through email, & they just keep repeating the steps from the website. Which was NO HELP at all! Now its just another empty app that does NOTHING for me. I explained this numerous times to them & still no help. If you got a 4S, iOS 5, DON"T BUY!

Need more access to styles
I made this recommendation back in 2009 for version 1.1. I would like to repeat it. Docs2Go does a much better job than QuckOffice of leaving the document intact between a desktop and a mobil platform. Part of this is the fact that it must be recognizing and preserving the styles within the document. This is clearly the case as 1) a document that has styles that is edited on a mobile device still has those styles when synched. 2) style properties like color and indent are properly approximated and 2) style attributes, like "next style is:" are implemented -- e.g. if I have style1 set to be followed by style2 when I hit return, this works as expected in Docs2Go. So, you clearly are aware of and keeping track of styles. So why not give me a UI to APPLY them? All it needs is a single pop up list box -- that could be toggled among three states: Recommended (or In Use) -- listing only the styles already active in the document User Defined -- listing all the custom styles in the document Available -- listing both custom and built-in styles PLEASE IMPLEMENT THIS. IT IS SORELY NEEDED.

Doesn't open files from Dropbox on iPad
I updated to the premium version to get the Dropbox sync feature. On iPad, the only way to open files from Dropbox is to use the Dropbox app to access the file then click the "open with" button and click Docs to Go. That opens the Docs to Go app with the file displayed. It's a backdoor way to open a file. When I opened the Docs to Go app on my iPhone, there is a button on the bottom labeled "Online" which allows instant access to Dropbox. That feature should be included on the iPad. The program is much easier to use on iPad. I will hardly ever use it on iPhone. When they update the program on iPad to allow direct access to Dropbox, I'll change my rating to 5 stars. Everything else is as advertised.
