Updated. No longer works with Dropbox. Doesn't support iCloud. Developer no longer supporting. Don't waste your money on this one! ###### Well as everyone has said, it is missing Excel editing, not a deal-breaker for me, but make this app worth any more than the $4.99 intro price. My biggest gripe, the requirement for a separate file transfer Application. Would have been FAR more useful to have a built-in web-server type file transfer system (like the competition uses). Makes giving documents to others far easier. Worth another $1 or 2 and would easily add another star. The word document editor is nice, far more featured than the competition, which was my reason for selecting this product. The ability to grab attachments from email would be nice, but I realize that will require cooperation from Apple. Like others have said, emailing attachments with the $5 version is far easier than the $10 Exchange version, confusing. All the viewer abilities (PDF, PNG, TXT, XLS, PPT, etc.) are just taking advantage of what's built into the iPhone already, so no extra stars added (nor taken away) for those. At least they are there. Hopefully this is just the start of what should be a good Office application for the iPhone. I'll revise this in the future.

Incompatible with New iPad
I have used Documents To Go with my iPad 2 and it was adequate but when I upgraded to the new iPad all of my files re now jumbled and unusable. For example the Excel files keep repeating the third thru fifth columns even on a new doc and the cells don't line up. Also when I type in new data it shows in the enter block but doesn't show on spreadsheet. Unless they release a fix immediately don't waste your time with Documents to Go unless you want to be limited to iPad 2. Update on 22 Sep 2012. They did fix the previous compatibility problem for the new iPad but I still cannot understand how a app designed for IOS will not sync with ICloud. I don't want to have to have another cloud sync just to use Docs to Go. Biggest complaint that keeps me from giving it a higher rating. If Microsoft ever comes out with Office for iPad/iPhone I will dump Docs to Go in a heartbeat!!

What happend??
Had been using this for a few years and loved it, recently it has stopped working with google docs, very disappointed. Please fix this program so google docs works again with it. Would have given in 4 stars but not now!

Very misleading description
The description states "opens word protected documents" -- so I bought this app only to discover that if I wanted the "protected documents" feature, I would have to upgrade for another eight dollars. Totally misleading and perhaps even fraudulent. Don't buy this app, as you are likely to not get what you paid for!

Premium spreadsheets broken
I actually own premium thru in-app upgrade but Apple Store wouldn't save my review after all that time writing it! Boo Apple. Don't let me start it if you're just going to delete it. Re the app, I have a new iPad and wanted to edit my docs on it. Word processing still works, but Google spreadsheets throw an error any time I try to open one. Please fix.
