New update Needs a fix
This has some troublesome bugs. I don't have a trust level so as to use and rely on it. Hoping things get better. I will check back.

This App Doesn't Work
This is the worst product. I'm trying to sync with companionlink and it won't work. Companionlink won't help. I want the iclink app back. At least it worked. Do not install this application.

Switching back to 3...again
I finally got the slower than tortoise local wi-fi to work but it doesn't sync photos of contacts, which is very cool for when calls come in. What is really unnerving is that Deja is so SLOW that I just want to use iPhone calendar but cannot because the sync is one-way from iPhone to Deja. This app obviously gas potential. I just wish they had told me this was the Alpha version so I wouldn't waste time trying to make it work for my business.

Ok, but still needs a lot of tweaking
I use this with Time and Chaos on my Desktop. Til now I have used Companion link to sync contacts and appointments from T and C to my iPhone via Google. It works flawlessly. But tasks don't sync. So I was hoping this program would provide a solution. And it does in an unsatisfactory manner. My first thought is to have everyone at your company use DjaOffice. Then the things that need to be fixed become obvious. Here are three big issues. 1. The visual interface is very poor and lacking. I let everything sync to iCal and iContacts just for the visual interface. 2. When inputting an appt into DejaOffice I have to type in the time? Difficult at best. Use the native app and link the input field to a scroll wheel like you do with the date. 3. VERY IMPORTANT! Appts input into iCal do not autosync to DejaOffice. HUH? Everything else autosyncs. FIX THIS!! At least give me a program option to have this autosync on a timed basis. This program could be great with a few fixes.

"Not Quite Ready For Prime Time"
Did not work reliably to sync (using the Companion Link software; free 14-day trial after which it's $40) the calendar between Palm Desktop v4.1.4 running on a WinVista Home Premium SP2 (32-bit) and an iPod Touch (4th gen) running iOS 4.2. I was able to d/l my entire calendar (minus a few events) to the Touch (which took ~30 min), but events added to the Touch did not get added to the PC when sync was repeated with the correct setting on the CompanionLink software; the reverse seemed to work. The web-based "Submit an Online Support Ticket" (for Companion Link) did not work, and when I called to start a new ticket, the tech was little more than a phone agent who promised to send me detailed instructions via email that was different from what's available on the web site (which I already read and used), but merely sent me the same links. I'll probably try this again sometime down the road.
