Crap
Don't waste your pennies on this or your space on an iPad. It crashed the first 10 times I tried to open the coloring pages. I will be returning the 30.00 pen that w bought. So you understand this is the first review I have ever made for anything ever.......

It is a good start but needs upgrades
I use it with preschool-4th grade children and most kids under 1st grade are unsuccessful because they cannot push down hard enough to activate it. They also get bored before finishing a page...or their hands hurt. More upgrades are needed.

Fun but needs improvement
I bought this for my four year old daughter. She enjoys it but be aware that it does have a few problems. When she uses it on my original iPad it is very slow to respond and crashes often. When used on my iPad 2 it is a much better experience due to the upgraded hardware of the new iPad. Also be aware that it takes more applied pressure to draw with the griffin marker than say with a normal marker and paper. Overall, it's a good concept but could use some fine tuning. The best feature though is the ability to share your child's drawings via email, Facebook or printer.
