Not good, or worth it
The app is a great idea. The pen itself is not worth the $30.00 you will not be able to use the pen as a stylus like the box says I was truly hoping that this app and the crayola pen would be better my advice is make the stylus much better or charge $2.00-3.00 for the app and let it work with just fingers cause the try it mode works so much better.

Complete junk
I bought the crayola stylus for my three-year-old daughter for Christmas. We opened the box, downloaded the app, and quickly became frustrated. First, I had great difficulty getting the batteries installed in the stylus. That should be relatively easy, right? It wasn't. Once I finally got the batteries in, the battery cover wouldn't go back on. I had to put a rubber band around it to keep it all together. But it was ok -- the power was on, the lights were lit and we were ready to start. The stylus worked about 50% of the time and required far more pressure than my daughter was willing to administer. Thankfully, the Apple Store gave me a full refund of the $29.95 purchase price. Frankly, I'm surprised they carry a product that is so low quality.

Great potential, but falls flat by a lot.
I got this app with the stylus for my two year old daughter. However, the stylus is no where near sensitive enough for her to be able to use it, leaving her to color with her fingers which is no different than any other coloring program. Not worth the money I paid for the stylus, but with some serious updates, I think a lot can still be done with it.
