The most visually compelling instrument for iOS
This is the most fun I have had making music on my ipad and is the closest thing to a physical midi controller. Also, I work with kids who have emotional disorders / behavioral disorders. This is my favorite app to use as a bridge to learning more about music theory. So much fun. The layout forefronts the exploratory part of the creative process.

One of the best Music apps
This app allows me, with limited talent, to play virtually any instrument. Using it as a midi controller to control apps like Sampletank, Jordantron, sample wiz, etc. Its the only midi controller app that I have found that will set up the piano keys so that you have only the notes of the current selected chord. Or if you rather, you can have it set up to play a scale. I could write a book on how to manipulate this app to do many things musically that would normally be out of reach for someone like myself. Learn some basic music theory and play around with this app and it will soon become one of your favorites.

Works with THOR
I took a shot on this inexpensive little gem. It brought my Animoog back to life with awesome chord progressions. Then I just thought to give a try with Thor wouldn't that be great. It works with Thor man oh yaaaaaaaa!

Fun app
A different program from Garage Band to experiment with chord progressions. Got here from seeing a device used by Calvin Harris. Looking forward to update 2.0. Need more note/chord choices on screen.

The Easiest Accompaniment App!!
Through the years I have tried many Apps to play accompanying music with our worship team at church. Chordion is by far the easiest as well as best sounding application that I have ever used. Well done!!!

This app can do all the things peole said. It is also wonderful for just playing and zoning out. I love how customizable it is. And the keyboard can make so many different sounds, if you experiment!

Chordion is a fantastic composition tool with a unique sonic character as well. The user community has provided presets which you can personalize through tweaking. I bought the bundle with Ondes, which is a nice theremin type instrument.

There are very apps out there that truly inspire compositions. This one does just that. It sounds great on its own, but it's even more effective as a writing tool. Fantastic!
