Amazing app!
Very fun and intuitive! This was made by a faculty member at The Evergreen State College, he specializes in experimental/electronic music.

Great fun
For dummies haha but seriously you can spend way too much time noodling around this thing! Guess that makes me a dummy lol

MIDI makes this app amazing
This app is very fun for playing around with chords and melodies, but with MIDI out this is suddenly an amazing tool. You can play the instruments in iPad apps like ThumbJam and Sunrizer in real time, even sending notes to one app and chords to another, it's incredibly fun and useful. Customizable chords, pretty interface, awesome iPad music app!

A great tool for songwriters!
I really dig this as a control surface. It's easy to use, and a great tool for generating song ideas. You can't beat the price, and the built in sounds are good as well. Highly recommended!

That sez it all. Just paid $20.00 for a useless modular app and was ready to throw in the towel then I found this marvel. It's a great controller for other synths and has a life of it's own with a great sound engine. Most of all PIR. I'm sure any upgrades will send this app thru the wall. Thanks

Best music-making app
I am a pianist and wanted an app that let me create music using the iPad touchscreen in a simple and intuitive way. For that purpose apps like Magic Piano and Ocarina were a joke, since they didn't have nearly enough functionally and weren't responsive enough either. Nor was I looking to buy some $30 virtual synth controller with 1000 knobs and a tiny on-screen piano no better than Magic Piano. This app was exactly what I was looking for. Within seconds of opening up the app I was up and running actually creating music, playing recognizable melodies and having a lot of fun. I haven't yet found any pop/rock song that can't be accommodated by the chords/scales that are available, and the interface is clever and remarkably easy to use.
