Fantastic Game!
Bit.Trip Beat is a fantastic game that utilizes music and beautiful art. It works surprisingly well on the iPod Touch and the recent updates have made it a lot more accesible for quick bursts of play.

An awesome game with retro appeal!
Dudes. I loved this game when even before the levels were chopped up into bite-sized checkpoints, but now you can make progress when you've got as little as 2 minutes of time to kill! Awesome update to an awesome game!

You'd think that a game with the word BEAT in the title would be able to get the game in sync with the beat!!! There have been a few updates now and it's still out of sync. Being a musician (a drummer), I really liked the Wii version because of the musical nature of the game. Like Guitar Hero and Tap Tap Revenge, this game is SUPPOSED to line up with the music. The balls are supposed to arrive right on the beat. They do not. They're just a bit off. To anyone with any musical sense, this is maddening and makes the game unplayable. Fix it already!!!

Amazing game
It's not quite pick up and play, but if you have 5 minutes to beat a level it is a very fun but challenging experience. The way the musically exponentionally gets better as you do better reinforces your efforts and really makes you care about your accuracy on the notes. Pick it up and enjoy the best music game on the iphone!
