Web Site redirect - not actually an app of value
I should have read the other reviews before downloading. I expected something like the AMEX IPad app.

Yeah
Yeah this is the worst app possible for banking. The iPhone edition works and runs much better than this garbage they put on a bigger screen.

Too complicated
iPhone app would take you straight to a login screen that would remember your user id; put in your password and go. This one gives you a "cute" home screen with links to all the "great stuff" BB&T has to shove in your face. From there you click the login button and it pretty much just takes you to the website where there's another 2 steps between you and a quick check on your finances. Im going back to the iPhone app.

Miserable. Not even a real app.
I was blown away by the mediocrity of this app after using the iPhone version for years. It is horrible... It's barely even a real app, just a bunch of advertisements and a link to their normal website (not even a mobile version or anything). I'd rather have the iPhone version on my iPad, because this is a waste of bytes.

Why?
I thought this would be a iPad version of their iPhone app. It is NOT. It's just a fancy front page to their website, and does little else. In fact, you are better off opening the site in safari, because at least you can do the tabbed browsing there.
