Works great!
The setup is a pain, but having the app is well worth it. Glad I can finally access my accounts on my phone. No issues with the app so far (now that I have it working). If it isn't working for you read the directions again more carefully.

No problem here
I read all the positive and negative reviews before proceeding with the download. I agree that you simply need to follow the instructions and setup is a piece of cake. I wouldn't want any of the security features waived to ease my sign in. Total process was less than five minutes. Even in a fast paced digital world, I consider that pretty quick! I am happy to access my banking on my mobile device!

Glad to have it!
Follow the instructions and it works. You need to use your account number, not your member number. Has anyone been able to deposit using the app yet? I can't get that to work.

Absurd sign up process
Instead of using your existing account credentials, you must go through an absurd sign up process with another set of security questions. Got halfway through and decided it wasn't worth it.

Eh
I've been trying to enter my information for the past 10 minutes and it keeps saying everything is wrong. Hmmm

Set up instructions poor, but the app is great
I can understand why so many people are frustrated with the app. The enclosed instructions for set up that come with your monthly bank statement aren't completely clear. If you attempt to set up via your home laptop or desktop, the /enroll address yields a 404 error. Download the app. The first time you open it, look for the "new user" link and click it. Follow the instructions. Set up a NEW username that is different than the one you use on your home computer/laptop. Set up the new security questions. Click the mobile link at the end of the set up and try it out. Close. THEN go to the app and login using your new ID, security info, etc. Now, the app should work flawlessly. I'm a little surprised that the developers weren't a little more clear in the instructions. When I searched for the app as it was named in the flier, "BayFedMobile," it didn't pop up. Only when I changed the search criteria to "Bay Fed" was the App Store able to find it. Hopefully, these sorts of kinks will be worked out as the app is more widely circulated.
