Where's the beef?
I am terribly disappointed with this app. I thought/expected languages, more points of interest, just MORE of the facts and differences that would interest children. Kids are so savvy now that they could zoom through this app in a sort time without much enrichment. Where do I line up for a refund?

Don't bother
This app is very disappointing. Do not waste your money on it.

Pathetic
Names, boundaries and stats for countries, but few major features. Only Mississippi, Colorado and Rio Grande named in the US, not even great lakes. Animated icons leading to random geographic facts and one (or zero) photo each do not make an atlas. For eight dollars, I expect major physical features, vegetation, climate zones, natural resources... Too bad I can't return this and get my money back.

Great App for School Age Children
This is a great app for school age children. My 10 year old son loved it. The first time he used it he spent almost an hour just exploring. The graphics are stunning and the information is wonderful. In particular I like the actual photographs on the site. Definitely a lot of bang for your buck.

Great first atlas
Fun to use and educational, it allows the child to feel like a real explorer. I hope that more will be added in the future. It would be wonderful to be able to zoom in more and find out more about a region. We live in New England which is not "on the map" - there's nothing to click on north of the Statue of Liberty. I also second the previous reviewer's wish that you could click on geographical features. I so hope that the publisher continues to update and expand this app, because it is what I've always wanted an atlas to be in terms of interface and ease of use for kids!
