Amazingly wonderful app, but I was unable to update it
When I first downloaded this app, I was amazed by the wealth of information about birds. We loved using the bird calls to identify calls of different birds we were seeking. Unfortunately, I have been trying to update this app for 2 weeks and I keep getting error messages on my iPhone. Now the app is useless.

Just what I wanted!
Thank you! I love this app. Love being able to identify and talk to birds wherever I am. Hopefully this app will help me to one day have the birding knowledge my dad has.

Birding at its best
Great app for the price. The calls seem to be spot on for the local birds

Love this app!!!
My kids and I love this app! It is so much fun to go for a walk in the state parks and be able to identify and call birds.

Room to improve but very good
Biggest thing missing in this app's pictures and bird descriptions is the differences between male & female members of a species. A guidebook basic. Otherwise, a very strong app that's great for settling arguments-- especially when it comes to calls and songs.

Love it! Want even more
Wonderful app. Great search features. Wish they would add the sound recognition of apps like Soundhound to be able to identify live bird calls (even if recorded and analysed back at home thru internet).
