Horrible update!
Applied the latest update on this app. Used this program to get everywhere until now. This update is a nightmare! Can't access any of the information I used to get easily. Too frustrating and I want a refund! No stars - and I'm lost!

Hate new upgrade
I loved this app before the upgrade. Now I HATE it. The voice prompts disappeared and the recents aren't in any particular order. If it doesn't change very soon I'm canceling. It also keeps shutting off

I don't like the new version.
One complaint is that my home address is not what the app thinks is my home address. This could simply be resolved with an option to set the current location as my home address. Please add this. 2. The list of recent addresses should have the most recent at the TOP. I have to scroll through a looooong list to find what I need. 3. It tells me too late that I need to turn. 4. I want my iPod to PAUSE not keep playing when the GPS speaks. I am usually listening to speakers and this messes up what I need to hear. 4. Why do I have to push navigate? Just start navigating. 5. What happened to the satellite view when navigating?

Getting ready to cancel
This app is terrible now. I've used it for years and loved it. Now at least half the time I turn it on I need to enter my phone number, wait for a text with verification code, then wait for "first time user data" to download. Sometimes by that time I'm near my destination and can't get the last few directions I need. I'm not going to keep paying for an app that leaves me hanging half the time. I need an app I can trust to work.

Ask for your money back!
Users, dial 611 and ask AT&T for a refund or credit for the service since it stinks. Then tell them you will not reactivate the service until the app is fixed. That's what I did. Hit them in the pocketbook.
