The upgrade is awful. The voice directions stop working for no reason. I deleted it and reinstalled it to try and fix the problem. The sound worked for one trip and stopped working again.

AT&T Management. Navigator update 3.1 came out March 19. April 3rd nothing has been done to fix your problems. Because of the competition any other company would have fixed this major problem overnight if they were concerned about keeping their customers. What is your problem? Is there really a update coming soon? Restore the old version for now. How many more negative reviews of one star do you need. Everything else at AT&T is 5 stars. Please do this with the Navigator.

Can't cancel quick enough after the update. The software and guidance is now in Spanish. Can't find a way to change it. No help from AT&T.

This app has gone from bad to worse!
It is hard to believe but AT&T has actually taken a mediocre product and made it almost useless!! She use to occasionally get lost or confused but now she gets lost and literally suggests three u turns in a row!!! She wants me to get on the 202 which is 1/2 mi away in a straight line by taking two lefts and a right through 6 intersections. She is an idiot I can no longer trust!!! Fix this!!!!?

Awful update
After the new update the app dropped from 5 star to 1. After every red light or stop sign the navigation immediately re-routes, never fails. Gives me about 5 re-routing directions and by that point I'm already getting lost, and to top it off the last re-route is the original one I started with. Very unhappy with this update, quite frustrating. Bring back previous version plz!!!

The bio for this app stated that you will choose the top three problems and adjust the app. In sure that this new update was not a too three request. This update is no way better than the one before it. You should read these comments and see not many people are happy with it. Could be very wise to bring the old update back. Thanks!!
