Crash issues
The app is great to check if the system is armed or not, once you get passed all the errors! More then 50% of the time I have 3-5 "unexpected errors" as I'm logging in, or once logged in and scrolling thru alarm history. A fix for this would be great!

What happened to the "spaces" button???
Great app and security system but the "spaces" button on the iPad app has been removed after spending an hour creating my floor plan.

Like it but still some bugs
I don't know how to contact support so I'm listing some issues here. When I go to the gallery view for a specific camera and have multiple pics, when I delete one they all seem to get deleted. Also if we could get a full screen view of the camera image. Between the app and the website both could use some speeding up, every button press seems to take 5 to 10 seconds for something to happen. That's it for now, really like digital life so far. Hopefully someone from att sees this. Latest update causes unexpected error and I'm being logged out constantly. Lost a star because of latest update.

Not Ready For Prime Time
I hate to say it, but this app is about as buggy as I've seen. It constantly crashes, the interface is not intuitive, it's slow and device control is unpredictable. The concept is great and I believe it will be improved, but right now, it's not good.

Disappointing So Far
So far the app is disappointing. There are a number of intuitive functions that are not there (ie: setting a customizable program to only run when alarm is set to away, like recording a video based on motion). It routinely crashes, support is non existent, and when there is support, the answer you get depends on with whom you speak. I'm a big fan of AT&T, but I think they've gotten too big for their britches. You can't run a 21st century service with 20th century business and support models and cold war era beurocracy. .
