Would like to request using PIN to logon from app. I use Mint to check balances because it' s easier on their app because they allow a PIN.

Needs improvements
First off - if you need to do "real banking" - look elsewhere. Ally for some inexplicable reason does not allow you to do same day transfers with another Ally bank customer (Unless you are listed on the other account) you must use their popmoney service which takes 2 business days. I have been with many other banks - never run into this issue. Next, You can only deposit 15k in funds over the course of one month - can you imagine a brick and mortar getting away with this limitation? Not likely. Also, the mobile deposit feature is clunky and the processing times are horrendous in the age of check 21. Fourth - Sorely needed is a quick pin login (see paypal & usaa). All of that said - It seems like Ally and it's developer nailed the fundamentals here. The app is intuitive and does most of what a banking app should. It's not (yet) bogged down with gimmicks and other superfluous features. Hopefully Ally will listen to its customers and invest in and improve this app and it's services.

Can't Make A Car Payment
This was the only reason I downloaded the app. I don't bank with Ally nor do I care to. I just wanted to pay for my monthly car payment from the app. Thanks for nothing Ally

Incomplete and buggy
1. Need iPad app. Online bill pay via Safari looks crapy. 2. Need ability to mark eBill as paid. 3. Half the time I got error when paying bill at the first week of opening the account and logged me out automatically. 4. Sometimes when I pay the eBill, it does not remove(reduce) the count from Pay Bills icon. Online version shows correct remaining eBill dues. 5. The count on Pay Bills takes longer time to load. 6. If eBill due is $0, there is no ability to mark it as no pay required. If I try to pay it with $0, it gives an error saying something went wrong and asks to call Ally. If I click ok, it logs me out and have log back in again. I will change my review if my concerns are addressed. Changed from 3 to 2 star. App crashes when paying Georgia Power eBill.

Great Bank & Great app
I have had many traditional bank accounts and their respective apps before Ally, but this one tops them all, Pros 1. Accurate view of my checking & savings balance 2. Instant transfer between ally accounts 3. Check deposit works great Cons 1. No iPad app 2. Cannot see ally perks from the app
