Good for vector, has room for improvement
This program so far is good but it can be better. its ability to export vector PDF is the biggest plus i think. Color theme palette is cool too. I've read the bad reviews before I bought it and I'm glad I took a chance. The main thing here is the vector ability. I haven't found another app that export vector yet. I could be wrong of course. It is true that they only have one brush. It would be great to have variable thickness to the drawing tool like the latest illustrator. Pressure based maybe? The layer purchase has been taken care of since the complaint by others, which is good because I benefit from them. : ) It is included now. Maybe some kind of rotation function and transformation function in general, scale and such. Right now there is only zoom and of course panning. This app IS a basic app to start your idea on the road so you can continue later. There are many cool apps which I own and use like Paper, SketchPro and Procreate but none are vector focused.

Adobe Ideas = A Solid App
I am not quite sure what the low rating folks were looking for…or their skill level, for that matter. This app has quickly become a necessary component in my digital illustration arsenal. And the fact that I can export images into Adobe illustrator via the creative cloud, my methodology has become quicker with a seamless transition from iPad to Mac Book. In future versions, I would love to see custom brushes and a symmetry feature, but for now I'm satisfied. Good job Adobe.

This app looks sophisticated and high end but if you pay the outrageous $9.99, you will find out that this app doesn't even come near to the description. It has only one brush, no set colors, or the ability to save in more than one format. If adobe were to update this app, it would have to be completely reconstructed. The free version of art studio is more complete than this outrageously priced app.

Great App it needs a straight line tool
After you find the right technique the app then becomes a great tool. In the next update if you could add more layers and a straight line tool this app would be awesome.

This is rubbery!?
I am still in awe that I trusted Adobe, which is well respected all over the world and assumed that they will stand behind their name and integrity. This is such basic app to draw with that I can not believe adobe has the audacity to charge 9.99 for it. A company like Adobe should be ashamed of its name and what ever reputation it has or does not have to charge, price off a commercial App, deceive the customers, and does not deliver. Any basic app out there does what this app does for free or half price. It is an insult to market this to professional artists as a tool. It is a level 1 drawing tool for play. The only format which you can save your files in is .idea.?? What is that? How can I share this with anybody? I can only export it, if I pay the sweet 49.99 per month cloud membership fee. And I can only open it in illustrator and there is no going back either. It only offers one brush. The free version of "Brushes App" gives you so many other options it is not even comparable. The only redeeming quality it has is the ability to save your own color palette and that function is also available through "Palettes App" basic, for free. And it offers much much more than adobe. If anybody want to learn more about what a ripoff this app is you can look it up on internet. Disappointed.
